If you are new to this power duo Oil here are some tips to help you out on your journey to health and wellness. 
1. ALWAYS SHAKE BOTTLE BEFORE USE. The residue at bottom of the bottle needs to distribute throughout entire bottle. 
2. DRINK OIL TWICE A DAY 2 full droppers for adults | 1 dropper for kids 6-12. Take In the morning 30 minutes before eating. (Consuming herbs on a empty stomach strengthens the effects to work much sooner) Have your second dose before bed.
3. THE TASTE IS VERY STRONG! If you need help because of the taste mix your oil with water, fresh juice or RAW honey which is also a natural healer. 
4. CAN ALSO USE IT ON SKIN AND/OR HAIR.
